Smoked Salmon Garden Board with Cream Cheese & Dill
Smoked Salmon Garden Board with Cream Cheese
This smoked salmon board is one of my favorite easy things to serve for brunch or a light lunch. It feels colorful and abundant, and everyone can build their own little bites with whatever they like. I love layering smoked salmon with fresh vegetables, herbs, and creamy cheese so the whole board feels fresh and vibrant.
Ingredients
6 to 8 oz smoked salmon
1 block cream cheese, softened
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 cup cherry or heirloom tomatoes, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into rings
Fresh dill sprigs
Everything bagel seasoning
Optional additions
Capers
Lemon wedges
Crackers, bagels, or toasted bread
Instructions
Place the softened cream cheese into a small bowl and set it in the center of your serving board. Sprinkle a little everything bagel seasoning and fresh dill on top.
Begin arranging the smoked salmon around the cream cheese, folding the slices loosely so they look soft and natural.
Add slices of tomato, cucumber, and yellow bell pepper around the board, alternating colors so everything looks bright and balanced.
Pile the thinly sliced red onion onto the board and tuck fresh dill sprigs throughout the platter.
Finish by sprinkling everything bagel seasoning lightly across the salmon and vegetables.
Serve with crackers, toasted bread, or bagels so guests can build their own bites.
Hosting Tip
Boards like this are meant to be flexible and fun. You can add avocado, capers, radishes, or even pickled vegetables depending on what you and your guests love.
