Makes: 10 individual baskets
Prep Time: 15 minutes
These mini veggie baskets are such an easy way to make veggies and dip feel extra fun for a party. I filled little berry baskets with a colorful mix of fresh vegetables, then set out several different dips on the table so everyone could choose their favorite. Use whatever vegetables you love or whatever looks best at the market. The ones below are just a few of my favorite ideas for getting lots of color and that cute little farmers market look.
Ingredients
10 small berry baskets
A colorful assortment of fresh vegetables, such as mini cucumbers, mini sweet peppers, radishes, cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, green beans, or small zucchini
Fresh herbs, optional
A variety of your favorite dips, for serving
10 mini garden shovels, optional, for serving
Instructions
Prepare the vegetables. Wash and thoroughly dry all of the vegetables. You can use any combination you like. I love choosing a mix of different colors, shapes, and sizes so every basket looks a little different.
Fill the baskets. Divide the vegetables among the berry baskets, keeping smaller vegetables whole when possible for that just picked from the garden look. Arrange them loosely so the baskets feel full and colorful.
Set out the dips. Spoon a few different dips into small bowls and arrange them around the table so guests can choose whichever one they want.
Serve. Add a mini garden shovel to each basket for a playful finishing touch, then set the baskets out for everyone to grab and snack from.
